a friend wants me to make her a baby quilt... for her newborn grandaughter...

the great news was.... she wants Sunbonnet Sue's pattern :)

and colours of my choice ... so this is it...

purple and yellow quilt ...

quilting patterns...actually it was freehand ...

with matching bag ... to put folded quilt or as diapers bag

my sunbonnet sue bag...

well....i'm back from 'great' holidays...now i'm free from washing..folding and ironing..(not for long tho') and now back to normal life ...

i really love this particular Sunbonnet Sue pattern...maybe it's b-coz it was the first pattern i learnt to make...in fact i made few projects ... baby quilts ... my queen size quilts ... cushion ... wall-hangings (frame it!) ... and of-coz bags ... i'm loving it! (will post the Sunbonnet Sue collections...later )
