baby quilt for a firend's grandchildren ...

wah...new generation is here ...used to make for "children but now grandchildren"

time flies .... everybody has become granny already .... hehehehe

decided to make the air show baby quilt for her 5months grandson ...

Adam also wants one ... well he has to wait for a while for his request to be fullfilled :)

the Air show baby quilt (45 x 55)

the quilt set consists of ... baby quilt , bag and a bib

and she also wanted the big diaper bags ...

the car (same pattern as another friend) and sunbonnet sue ...

really hope she will likes it ... i'm loving it !!

Liza and A.Bardot did theirs and me ..i got stuck somewhere along the road..hehehe

actually i'm making this for Mak Yon (Adik's mother in-law)

i finished making the top ... quite sometimes but then it got freezeeeee due to my forgetful old mind... i forgot to buy fabric for the outer borders ...so in it goes to the WIP section until last CNY...

and today ... i finished quilting it .... so happy :)

it's Aliff Johan 's quilt ... A.Ani's grandson

i just love colours

it's the combinations of orange and blue and nine patch scraps ..shades of blue

and appliqued it with boy pattern from "sugar n spice"

21years...

Alhamdulilah...

i'm thankful for those 21 years together ...

and i'm praying for more years to be shared together with you ...

... happy 21st.anniversary ... love you forever

Congrats to Datok Lee Chong Wei ...

It was great games ... can't deny it was not an easy winning point for Datok Lee ...

but i guess ..the man best win :)

and as for me...helping my A.Ani to finish her quilting ... glad i did :)

it was a painful sewing night for me ... my eyes were watching Datok Lee playing

and every now and then ...the needle keeps poking my fingers ...that's why they said.."watch what u'r doing ...."

but no regrets ...it was a great games by both players !

so..this is what she wants me to do for her ....

lucky.. she gave me a printed fabrics which i only have to do the quilting...

the set consists of...baby quilt , blanket and pillow cases

the bag that sewn from both fabrics ...( 2 in 1...)

something new..." barut" for new born baby
