Adam took part in two events ... 4x100 and 4x200 meters ...
as second runner in 4x200meters

lucky there's no cctv there or else i'm sure people can see how excited i was ...go Adam go ... a bit more ... go Adam go ...but i'm sure other parents were just as excited as i was .....
